Last updated: September 2026

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Rayder Healthcare Services Private Limited ("Medrayder," "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), as the owner and operator of medrayder.com, medsupply.medrayder.com, medshop.medrayder.com, and the Medrayder Distributor and Medrayder Shop mobile applications (together, the "Platform"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about users of the Platform ("You" or "User").

This Policy is published in accordance with, among other applicable law, Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

You consent to Our collection, use, and disclosure of such SPDI strictly for the purposes described in this Policy. 6. Your rights and choices

7. Retention of information

We retain Your information for as long as Your account remains active, and thereafter for as long as necessary to comply with Our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations relating to pharmaceutical trade and financial record-keeping, to resolve disputes, and to enforce Our agreements. Uninstalling the App does not, by itself, delete Your account or associated information — please contact Us directly to request deletion.

8. Children's privacy

The Platform is intended for use by adults operating a registered pharmacy or distribution business and is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. If We learn that We have collected information from someone under 18, We will take steps to delete it.
